The eCommerce Site Experience Omnichannel Strategy Acceleration and Catalog team operates at the physical/digital nexus of the business, defining the direction of retail. - driving defined strategic initiatives through to completion with a focus on developing the fundamental capabilities and business expansion.
- collaborating closely to implement strategic initiatives with our Product, Data Science, Data Analytics, Design, and cross-functional operational teams.

Qualifications .
- Bachelor's degrees in business administration, computer engineering, operations management, or a quantitative field.
- It is preferred that applicants have 6–9 years of work experience in interdisciplinary fields, in-house corporate strategy, top-tier management consulting, or financial services. It is preferred if you have prior experience in direct retail and/or consumer business.
- working with large, complex, cross-functional initiatives, conducting strategic planning exercises, and creating strategic frameworks.
- Build an engaging story for partners by utilizing data, insights, and analytics, as well as market research and insight generation.
- skills in presentation and storyboarding at the executive level.
- Self-starter with a track record of taking charge of tasks and projects on their own.
Qualifications that are preferred.
- MBA is preferred as a degree.
- Technical/functional expertise in the following areas: management consulting, corporate strategy, customer experience, and operations management. Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Computer engineering, operations management, and business administration are all master's degrees.
- Project management - Project Management Professional - Certification.
- Knowledge of scripting languages, BigQuery, SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, and Tableau are just a few examples of the data analysis, business intelligence, and tools you should have.
