By helping with the planning and execution of the show as well as the preparation and assembly of show components, the Associate Director I will support the direction of live Studio, Remote, and REMI productions under the direction of the Director. Additionally, will make recommendations for future content based on developing sports-related storylines. For the ADI, it is necessary to have excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
Accountabilities:.
- assists the director during a production by timing elements, keying fonts, and coordinating feeds. By providing cues and alerts, keeps track of live shots, and ensures that the proper framing, audio, and video levels comply with on-air requirements.
- During Ignite/Automated productions, Associate Directors will help the Director check codes and make rundown changes. Additionally, they will aid in clearing, routing, papping, and framing distant visitors.
- helps notify media of changes to the traffic, graphics requests, music cues, and source changes.
- provides assistance to the director with the movie's pre-production elements, including the billboards, teasers, advertisements, graphics, special effects, and virtual imagery. She also sets up the production's video and fonts.
- Will work with the director and production team to gather images and use monitor graphics to support storylines throughout the entire show. will perform pre-production studio moves with the requested elements or talk to the director about live execution.
- The locations of guests (remote and studio) are verified through the submission of paperwork (FrameStores, IFBs, booking windows) to Audio and Transmission/VCC.
- creating distinctive animations and graphics for specialty shows in collaboration with the designated lead Directors.
- participates in meetings with production to assist in generating the visual material for the show.
- assists in the PCR setup for the Director, Producer, and Coordinating Producer, including the communication and monitoring build.
- assists the Producer and Director of REMI productions in controlling the traffic and tasks related to the games. By speaking with various positions directly, such as the timeout coordinator or red hat, one can make sure that the game and control room are in sync. creates cards for broadcast talent that include editorial, sales, and promotion copy. presides over the pre-production meeting.

Qualifications:.
