  •  In order to assist partners and our leaders in labor relations issues across our retail and non-retail environments, we are looking for a director of human resources (partner) labor relations. This individual will be in charge of a team of managers and a dedicated cross-functional team. Through the activation of the most important strategic partner and store initiatives, the use of analytics and data to produce insights, and acting as an advocate for all partners, the function will work in collaboration with local leaders and support teams to put a proactive emphasis on improving the partner experience across North America. This assistance will take the form of tools to assist local leaders in leading through union activity with honor and respect for our partners.

  •  Experience in advanced consulting and execution working with senior leaders on strategies and initiatives involving human resources, labor relations, or employee relations, including change management, training and development, and performance management (preferred 8 years).
