 You will in your capacity as an associate creative director.

  •  By taking the helm in creative concepting and execution, you can guarantee a unified and elevated brand expression across channels and platforms.
  •  Giving clear and helpful creative direction is a great way to inspire creative teams and improve the work.
  •  Delivers presentations that are captivating and show off sound strategic foundations and original thinking.
  •  When presenting creative work to internal teams and cross-functional partners, make sure to explain the creative thinking behind it in detail.
  •  To ensure that deadlines are met and schedules are accurate and realistic, co-create a strategic approach with the project managers for the best ideation and execution.
  •  Keep a close eye on societal and consumer trends, and translate them into creative insights that motivate your team to consistently produce top-notch work.
  •  Work collaboratively to create new processes and enhance working practices with your colleagues and the Creative Studio's management.
  •  oversee the daily activities of a group of direct reports and guide their growth and development.

  •  8+ years of steadily increasing responsibility working with an in-house or outside creative team.
  •  a bachelor's degree in design, the fine arts, advertising, or an equivalent mix of training and experience.
  •  Outstanding creative talent in branding, advertising campaigns, social media, products, corporate communications, etc., is displayed in this fantastic portfolio.
  •  thorough familiarity with omnichannel marketing, as well as with cultural and industry trends.
  •  a track record of inspiring people and teams to produce outstanding work, managing talent, and building creative teams.
  •  incredibly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with real-world knowledge of applications like Procreate, After Effects, Figma, and Premiere Pro.
