Job Details:

This position, which is in Oklahoma City, OK, is in charge of supporting the Human Resources (HR) Department (Benefits, HR, Leave of Absence, Compliance, and Projects). This includes going to meetings about departmental projects, working on tasks involving analytical and technical support, SAP human resources information system tasks, and setting up and programming HR/Benefits systems. This position reports to the Director of Employee Benefits and is a full-time, salaried, and exempt position.

  • Participates in and assists in SAP human resources information system (HRIS) meetings, updates, training, and education, among other responsibilities. identifies, makes suggestions for, and implements ongoing changes to policies and processes.
  • facilitates the resolution of system-related issues by serving as a liaison with the Information Systems department and external vendors.
  • accountable for the testing, configuration, patches, and upgrades of SAP, Kronos, the Benefits Enrollment System, and any other applicable benefits or human resources systems.
  • for all Benefits Plans, Paid Time Off Benefits, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and State Leave of Absence Laws, writes code and configuration programming in SAP and Kronos.
  • Talks with end clients to decide framework practical determination needs and execute and determine framework changes as they emerge.
  • Thinks up and executes testing procedure and creates testing contents, fixes and fixes to the ongoing framework set-up. ensures that the system configuration documentation is always up to date.
  • serves as a backup for the Life, Optional Life, and Long Term Disability Plans' monthly billing.

  • reports on a whim for the Benefits, Leave of Absence, Human Resources, and Legal departments as required.
  • Makes and conveys up close and personal introductions intended to improve on complex advantage and HR issues to different worker gatherings.
