In addition, this position is in charge of overseeing communication among program stakeholders, devising strategies for mitigating risks and issues, and assisting teams in ensuring that the delivered value is in line with the product vision established by product managers.

ROLE:
Facilitates program increment (PI) sessions in all delivery pods that are connected to a product or value stream, as well as the planning sessions that go along with them (pre and post-PI planning sessions).
● Designates assets and furnishes groups with the essential help to remediate obstructions and announced issues.
Coordinates product release schedules with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
Collaborates with stakeholders to develop high-level preliminary plans for the project's release and delivery of product features.
Manages metrics used by the delivery team to measure progress toward delivery milestones (also known as releases).
Converts portfolio-level risks, assumptions, and interdependencies into the individual product team status.
Provides program leadership and other stakeholders with updates on the state of overall delivery.
● Facilitates the goal of interior and outside conditions across esteem transfers and shared administrations.
● Drives strategic everyday conveyance process, including eliminating obstructions that adversely influence efficiency or block the group's interaction.
