ROLE:

Facilitates program increment (PI) sessions in all delivery pods that are connected to a product or value stream, as well as the planning sessions that go along with them (pre and post-PI planning sessions).

●      Designates assets and furnishes groups with the essential help to remediate obstructions and announced issues.

 Coordinates product release schedules with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.

 Collaborates with stakeholders to develop high-level preliminary plans for the project's release and delivery of product features.

 Manages metrics used by the delivery team to measure progress toward delivery milestones (also known as releases).

 Converts portfolio-level risks, assumptions, and interdependencies into the individual product team status.

 Provides program leadership and other stakeholders with updates on the state of overall delivery.

•  Allows product teams to be self-organized and empowered while also assisting in the delivery of new capabilities and features.
•  Assists the Product Manager in facilitating system demonstrations to demonstrate product integration to program stakeholders.
• • Participates in program increment retrospectives to identify opportunities for productivity-enhancing enhancements.
•  Enables stakeholders at the product level and the delivery pods to work together.
•  Leads regular "Scrum-of-Scrum" meetings with Scrum Masters from all product teams to ensure that development activities are aligned and to identify productivity-improving obstacles (ART Sync).

●      Facilitates the goal of interior and outside conditions across esteem transfers and shared administrations.

• • Manages budgets, SOWs, and the Governance and financial review approval procedures.
• Experience as a Program/Project Manager or Delivery Manager (RTE) is required.
•  Knowledge of the SAFE methodology for the design and implementation of Agile or DevOps processes.
•  Proven track record of successfully completing projects and collaborating cross-functionally with IT and business.
•  Previous Agile-based team management experience.
•  The capacity to report critical paths and develop and oversee intricate project plans.
•  Sets clear expectations for oneself and others and takes the necessary steps to fulfill obligations
•  Able to put one or more of the behaviors associated with the skill into practice and comprehend the significance of resource management.
•  Uses established methods and instruments to carry out specific products' analysis and performance monitoring tasks.
•  Aids in the resolution of problems, acts on feedback, and makes use of in-life products.
