ROLE:

Facilitates program increment (PI) sessions in all delivery pods that are connected to a product or value stream, as well as the planning sessions that go along with them (pre and post-PI planning sessions).

●      Designates assets and furnishes groups with the essential help to remediate obstructions and announced issues.

 Coordinates product release schedules with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.

  • • Participates in program increment retrospectives to identify opportunities for productivity-enhancing enhancements.
  •  Enables stakeholders at the product level and the delivery pods to work together.
  •  Leads regular "Scrum-of-Scrum" meetings with Scrum Masters from all product teams to ensure that development activities are aligned and to identify productivity-improving obstacles (ART Sync).

  •  Proven track record of successfully completing projects and collaborating cross-functionally with IT and business.
  •  Previous Agile-based team management experience.
  •  The capacity to report critical paths and develop and oversee intricate project plans.
  •  Sets clear expectations for oneself and others and takes the necessary steps to fulfill obligations
  •  Able to put one or more of the behaviors associated with the skill into practice and comprehend the significance of resource management.
