The Sr. HR Partner works in conjunction with leaders and employees from all areas of the company to further our mission of making Tesla a great place to work for everyone. This strategic and practical role provides expertise in the fields of employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and any necessary ad hoc projects. It also offers knowledge in the fields of performance appraisal and employee relations. The HR Business Partners at Tesla are passionate about what they do and make a positive difference every day. We need an experienced HR partner to support our legal and IT teams.
Your Plan of Action.
- Use your influence to bring about improvement by acting as a leader and a credible activist for your clients, your team, and our mission.
- Assist managers and staff with HR initiatives that are both strategic and tactical, addressing subjects like employee relations, organizational design, learning and development, and performance management.
- You can collaborate successfully with a number of HR centers of excellence, including Tesla Talent, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and Immigration.
- actively look for ways to boost employee satisfaction, and collaborate with management to come up with and implement original, long-lasting solutions.
- To promote organizational health, create solid organizational structures in partnership with leaders.

- Resolve any issues your staff may be experiencing in a considerate and efficient manner to earn their respect and trust.
- Consult and offer guidance on talent assessments and the yearly merit planning cycle.

- a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in relevant work experience.
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in another HR position.
- Applied knowledge of labor laws and employment statutes, as well as an understanding of and practical application of internal and external HR principles, practices, and standards.
- A plus is demonstrated organizational development and change management experience.
- capable of working in a variety of environments and resourceful.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate situations, draw conclusions from data, and act on those conclusions.
