 The following duties are just a few.

  •  Process your life, LTD, health, and flexible spending benefits.
  •  Process Change in Status and Special Benefit Enrollment Occasions.
  •  support for the online enrollment system's audits and design.
  •  Produce and manage flexible spending weekly audits and reports.
  •  Assist and respond to queries about LTD and life insurance claims.
  •  Bills for life insurance and LTD coverage are processed and paid.
  •  Processing and responding to orders for qualified medical child support.
  •  assistance with enrollment for 401(k) and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) Plans.
  •  Plan the deposits to the 401(k), NQDC, and IRA accounts.
  •  Conduct health plan audits each month and every three months.
  •  dealing with employees and third-party administrators to resolve problems.
  •  Please read and understand the plan documents.
  •  Offer everyone New Hire Packets.
  •  You might occasionally need to work on Saturday.

  •  2 to 3 years of experience with benefits administration, LTD, Flex, COBRA, life, health, and dental.
  •  comprehension of the ERISA, HIPAA, 401(k), and Health Care Reform laws.
  •  proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  •  SAP is preferred, but HRIS benefits from system knowledge.
  •  high level of attention to detail.
