Visual merchandising, content strategy, functionality, and department-level campaign planning and execution are all overseen by the Manager of Site Merchandising for eCommerce Site Operations, who is a crucial leader in shaping the customer experience for a department within our Strategic Business Units (SBUs). You can make a difference by:

• Creating an outstanding customer experience on your department's website You will oversee visual site merchandising and content strategy, as well as site functionality such as navigation, hierarchy, search, and browse, etc., and use customer insights to tell a cohesive story and create a seamless customer experience. Web optimization, new item on-boarding, from there, the sky is the limit.
• Using key functions like taxonomy and search to enhance the customer journey on our site and tell a cohesive story to win customers' hearts and minds are all part of telling a story through our website. You will also define the department's story-telling roadmap, identify key trend forecasts, and tell a story through our site.
• Analytics and key metrics for monitoring the health and performance of the site You will be in charge of developing dashboards and metrics for monitoring the health of the site and providing internal stakeholders with strategic insights to influence the site's overall direction.
• You will advise and collaborate with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continuous assessment and improvement of the site's strategic direction and execution, becoming an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders.
• Working with greatness - You'll land the basics and make and assist with scaling top tier effective work processes, cycles and courses of events, implanting functional greatness into all that you do and creating partners in the group to expand capacities and upgrade abilities, information and execution. 

Minimum Requirement:

• The preferred qualification is a bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent work experience in business or a related field.
