accountable for putting into action the existing policies, procedures, and systems pertaining to Member Services and cashiering operations. assigns, directs, and coordinates work. oversees balancing, provides responses to Member Consultants' inquiries, and solves more difficult issues. liable for the smooth operation of the teller lines, adequate window coverage, and general training and supervisory oversight of the teller staff. manages the entire range of services offered to current and potential members. ensures that Members are served promptly and competently. with each member interaction, provides excellent member service. uses consultative sales methods to keep members and build their loyalty by providing comprehensive and accurate member service. whenever necessary, serves as a Member Consultant and actively promotes and cross-sells Partners' goods and services.
- Responsibilities Takes on the responsibility of supervising Operations and Member Consultant tasks that are professional, effective, and efficient.
- • Ensures that all operations tasks are carried out correctly and in accordance with predetermined guidelines and policies. ensures that all security protocols are adhered to.
- • Ensures that commitments to all Members are kept and that members' needs are met; delivering "5-Star Service, Everytime to Every Member."
- • Helps coordinate operations by distributing workflow and assisting in the assignment of work. to incorporate the assistance into our strategies and procedures for business development.
- • Responds to teller inquiries, resolves issues, and offers assistance with sensitive Member relations issues and complex transactions. Makes sense of strategies and techniques for Individuals. Appeals to tellers regarding the cashing and/or acceptance of checks or drafts, within authority limits.
- • Conducts investigations and implements corrective measures for teller imbalances. assists in locating imbalances. ensures that all funds are secured in accordance with established procedures and that each teller has a balanced account at the end of each day.
- • Performs teller paying and getting capabilities as required. receives loan payments and deposits for shares. makes the right receipts.
- • Keeps track of the cashiers' checks, money orders, receipts, travelers' checks, and other negotiable items that can be used in the teller area.
- • Vault of balances
- • Keeps track of, issues orders, distributes, ships, and balances cash.
- • Keeps cash dispensers (TCRs/ITMs) stocked and working properly. Know how to quickly adapt to new technology, such as Home Banking, Mobile Banking, and Remote Deposit Capture, and possess this knowledge.
- • Approves check deposits and withdrawals, the release of check holds, wire transfers, and any other negotiable items above Teller and MSR limits or on an exception basis.
- • In charge of locating and developing a contact list of members through the use of qualified leads, referrals, telephone canvassing, quarterly campaign strategies, and face-to-face interaction in order to generate financial opportunities.

- • Quickly responds to Members' inquiries, requests, and issues. responds to Members' inquiries or makes appropriate citations.

• Actively cross-sells and drives Credit Union products and services, including PLP, GAP, and MBI • Assist in the preparation of work schedules and training tellers, as assigned • Keeps Members informed of Credit Union services and policies, including account types, interest and dividend rates, payroll deduction options, and other related services
• Opens new membership accounts and takes care of new service requests like referrals, additional share accounts, savings services, checking, money market, certificates, IRAs, etc., satisfying all quality control guidelines as layouts in approach (CIP, OFAC, Chexsystems, Verafin). Make sure that the 2/2/2 Program is followed.
- • Educated authority level of item information to convey elements and advantages of all Credit Association items and administrations. Members should be taught how to be financially responsible.
- • Can structure loan applications and make lending recommendations and has comprehensive knowledge of the consumer loan process.
- • Supports the credit union's goal and promotions by encouraging Members to use multiple products and services to meet their financial needs. • Originates and processes consumer loans in accordance with all policy-defined quality control standards.
- Supervises employees in the area effectively to ensure optimal performance.
- • Leads employees by setting realistic goals, coaching, delegating, and communicating effectively.

- In California, salaries for this position range from $57,810 to $77,550 per year. The actual base pay will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's location,
- knowledge, skills, experience related to the job, and other factors.
- Depending on the level and position offered, the compensation package may include a bonus and/or long-term incentive units in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
