In order to grow our Medicare Sales team, CVS/Aetna is seeking candidates who are interested in joining a rapidly expanding industry. The ideal candidate will direct sales growth, establish a specified territory, and market our competitive portfolio of Medicare Advantage and DSNP products.
While receiving corporate lead support, the Field Sales Representative will advocate on behalf of Aetna Medicare within their assigned territory. Using tools supplied by our Medicare Marketing team, they will also take part in community event activities to generate leads and referrals. Basic Components/Job Description.
• Sells and promotes Medicare products by organizing and delivering formal sales presentations to individuals and consumer groups, scheduling private consultations in clients' homes, and making cold calls to prospective clients.
• In addition to following up on fresh sales leads and referrals, conduct your own lead generation and prospecting activities.
Enrollment is made possible by screening and educating potential members about the available goods, services, and costs.
• Builds relationships with senior organizations, contracted healthcare providers, and other community leaders to identify opportunities within the designated territory. • Informs them about the Medicare products we offer.

This pay range reflects the base annual full-time wage or base hourly rate for all positions in the job grade for which this position is categorized. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including geography, education, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also qualified for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range that was previously mentioned.

Essential qualifications.
• Must be located in the market (Broward County).
• 2 to 3 years of experience working in business-to-consumer sales, preferably in the health insurance sector.
• A valid health license and the FL 215 insurance license, which CMS demands.
• Within the designated territory, show proficiency in forging alliances with healthcare providers and senior-focused centers of influence.
• Support lead management and sales presentations with technological literacy.
• Capabilities for effective communication and presentation.
