 Your Doings.

•  This is a virtual inbound sales agent position, and during your shift, you will handle inbound sales calls (roughly 40 per day), cheerfully assisting customers in finding and purchasing their desired items.
•  You can access our scheduling system, which was developed to enable maximum availability and responsiveness to our customers, and it has your daily schedule in it. Before beginning your shift, review your schedule so you are aware of the times allotted for breaks, lunch, and team meetings.
•  A superior customer buying experience can be provided if you show up for your shift prepared for the day, clock in, and signed in.
•  Customers will contact the product's suppliers to learn more when they require details beyond what is offered on the Wayfair website.
•  Keep to the call flow and designated sales process (asking insightful questions, assuming the sale, building rapport, etc.). ). ).
•  Consider the needs of the customer carefully and look for opportunities to enhance their experience by upselling or cross-selling goods that will complement their primary purchase but they may not have initially considered.
•  Our company is data-driven, and we use a range of operational metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our sales initiatives. Furthermore, these metrics will be used to determine your pay.
•  You must be able to work almost the entire shift while staying undistracted and focused on our customers.
