Job Details:

The Sr. Medical Accounts Receivable Associate's job is to help Third Party Medical Account Management reduce bad debt, reduce legal risk, and help CVS Caremark comply with all federal and state requirements. The Sr. The Medical Account Receivable Associate position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, the associate should demonstrate solid interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills. The Sr. The associate will focus on finding and analyzing bad debt, figuring out what caused it in the first place, and then working with payers, billing vendors, CVS entities, and/or CVS Health systems and processes to make suggestions or improvements to processes.

  • In addition to the AR's functions, the Senior By managing SharePoint, trackers, and being the primary point of contact with CVS entities and external vendors, the Medical Account Receivable Associate assists in the development of team associates and maintains team organization.
  • Through process enhancements and focused efforts in the timely identification and resolution of bad debt, as well as ensuring the team's evolution and collaborations outside the team, these functions will support the goal of recognizing and controlling bad debt and improving cash flow.

Pay Range The following is a typical range for this position:

Minimum: Maximum of 18.50: 34.60 Please keep in mind that this range represents the range of pay for all positions in this job grade. Numerous factors, including location, will be taken into account in the actual salary offer.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in medical A/R; Prior experience in collections and/or accounts receivables/payables is preferred. Good diagnostic and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through are also required. preferably in vaccination. More than one year of MS Office experience. Structured Query Language (SQL) skills (MicroStrategy or other data mining tools). Preferred Qualifications: More than one year in retail pharmacy, PBM, and account management.
