 As a Manager, Finance on the Disneyland Resort Site Operations Finance team, you would have the opportunity to examine metrics and trends to comprehend business results. You would contribute significantly to the development of new business strategies and projects that aim to significantly improve the interactions between guests and cast members and raise shareholder value. You would work closely with partners and operations leaders to make changes. This position would also manage and develop a team that supports Disney Live Entertainment, Event Planning Operations and Strategy, Security and Emergency Services, and other ongoing business operations.

 Responsibilities.

  •  You would be a member of an energetic finance team whose mission is to enhance the guest experience through strong collaboration and original analysis. Your responsibilities would include providing support for Disney Live Entertainment at the Disneyland Resort, event planning and strategy, security, and emergency services.
  •  Meet and collaborate with partners to review departmental and project financial results or to analyze new business initiatives.
  •  A 10-year long-term plan, an annual operating plan, or a quarterly forecast should all have financials created.
  •  Create innovative financial models and reporting tools to seek out partnerships that can help the company grow.
  •  Organize efficient written and verbal communication to distribute information and analysis to partners at all levels, including directors and vice president.

 Necessary qualifications.

  •  at least four years' worth of financial experience.
  •  possessing knowledge of forecasting and financial modeling, as well as being skilled at collecting, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of data.
  •  The ability to communicate intricate analytics in a straightforward, implementable manner, as well as the enjoyment of "storytelling" to enthrall and convert your audience.
  •  the ability to manage cross-functional workstreams and exert influence over decisions even in the absence of hierarchical authority.

 Suitable qualifications.

  •  Academics are required.

 Instruction is preferable.

  •  A master's degree in mathematics would be ideal.
