 The primary duties are as follows.

 About you:.

  •  a four-year degree, or the equivalent in experience.
  •  5+ years' worth of experience using digital media for sales, agencies, and/or marketing.
  •  responsibility for $5 million or more in annual sales revenue and a history of revenue growth.
  •  having in-depth knowledge of trends, technologies, and the agency landscape in the context of digital media.
  •  the ability to spot opportunities, think strategically, and solve problems.

 A remote or hybrid work arrangement for this position may be taken into consideration depending on Target's needs. The primary tasks of a team member under a hybrid work arrangement will be carried out at a Target location both physically and virtually. The term "remote work arrangement" refers to a situation in which a team member works full-time remotely from their home or another location other than a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary headquarters work location, and is permitted up to four annual visits to the headquarters. Work obligations cannot be fulfilled outside of the country where the primary work location is located, unless otherwise specified by Target.
