We are seeking a lead-level product designer to help us define what it means for Netflix subscribers to connect through games. Sharing gaming experiences with loved ones, friends, and people who share your interests and passions is a fundamental aspect of gaming. Its hundreds of millions of members worldwide are intended to be happier thanks to Netflix Games, which is already the home to dozens of well-liked and highly regarded mobile games. Responsibilities.
- Establish a strong, informed design stance and an organization-wide vision.
- the naming, defining, and development of innovations and product features from conception to launch.
- With the help of a small team of designers and cross-functional partners, research, develop, and test community gaming experiences for Netflix.
- Collaboration with internal and external game studios will enable the incorporation of novel platform features that have broad applicability.
- Own the entire design process, from initial concept development to UX requirements and excellent UI designs, and work closely with cross-functional partners to strike the ideal balance between polish and timeliness to successfully implement ideas.
