We're searching for a lead-level product designer to push the boundaries of what it means to connect with other Netflix subscribers through games. Sharing experiences with friends, family, and other players who share your interests and passions is one of the main gaming experiences. In order to make its hundreds of millions of members happier around the world, Netflix Games, which is already the home to dozens of well-liked and highly regarded mobile games, aims to do so. Responsibilities.
- Establish a strong, informed design stance and an organization-wide vision.
- locating, defining, and advancing innovation initiatives and product features from conception to launch.
- A small team of designers and cross-functional partners should collaborate to explore, test, and develop community gaming experiences for Netflix.
- Work together with internal and external game studios to develop and implement new platform features that will be widely used.
- Own the entire design process, from initial concept development to UX requirements and excellent UI designs, and work closely with cross-functional partners to strike the ideal balance between delicacy and speed in order to successfully implement ideas.
