as Head of Roundel's Account Management;
- For Roundel's most important strategic accounts, you will develop a multi-channel, integrated marketing strategy across digital channels and platforms.
- You are a person who is focused on the needs of the client and has relationships that are very productive and professional.
- You will tell the story of Roundel's key market differentiations using your strong communication skills, customer-focused skills, and media experience.
- You are the primary client contact for everything from program-level strategies to high-level annual planning.
- You will create media plans for Roundel's most important clients that are highly integrated and efficient.
- You will go to client gatherings and counsel to comprehend classification patterns and showcasing needs.
- Inputs and authorship for client campaign proposals will be yours alone.
Through persuasive and efficient guidance on specific media strategies, you will make strategic recommendations based on the primary goals of your client. You will build audience strategies, media mix allocations, creative and media strategies that are aligned with the client's priorities, rooted in category and brand insight, and use historical media performance as part of program development.
- You'll keep up with retail and digital advertising trends and look for opportunities and tests to offer your client to raise the level of service you provide.
- You will collaborate closely with a number of teams across functional lines; including, but not limited to, Channel Development, Analytics, Sales, Trading & Ad Ops, and Reporting & Insights to produce and carry out successful outcomes.
- You are someone who is passionate about the digital world and always curious about it. You are always looking for creative ways to spread campaign messages and goals through different media channels.
- You are proactive in providing a solution and can see the big picture as well as solve problems tactically to remove obstacles that prevent the business from moving forward.
What You Are:
- An Associate's Degree; Least 6-10 years of demonstrated advanced media arranging, showcasing experience or comparable experience
- Solid getting it and experience inside Computerized Showcasing and Media
- Hands on experience with media arranging frameworks and apparatuses; such as Operative One, DCM, DFP, or a similar ad serving platform. Ability to articulate and defend creative and media direction to internal and external stakeholders. Passion for driving results.
