 Starbucks Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis is seeking a seasoned executive for a finance manager position so that you can influence the course of Starbucks' global reporting. Senior leaders in our company, such as the chief financial officer, the executive leadership team, and the board of directors, receive insightful reporting and analysis from this prominent position. We are looking for a leader who is very focused on the details, passionate about building relationships with others, and motivated to effect change. As we embark on a mission to advance and enhance Starbucks' reporting capabilities, we are looking for a leader who will assist us in developing this vision and igniting change.

 As a manager of finances, you will.

  •  Take control of a team of financial experts in charge of enterprise reporting and analysis, including taking charge of our global margin analysis and our month- and quarter-end analysis and commentary. Deliverables from your teams are primarily distributed to the larger business unit finance teams, the board of directors, the executive leadership team, investor relations, and investor relations team.
  •  This task entails advancing improvements and enhancements to our reporting and operational procedures through close collaboration with peers across the Finance organization.

  •  5-7 years of steadily increasing financial management experience, including financial analysis, variance analysis, cost allocation, fact-finding, or auditing.
  •  experience with forecasting and budgeting for three to five years.
  •  Preferably, you should have management or supervision experience.
