As a District Manager, you enjoy the process of training exceptional Store Managers, providing excellent customer service, influencing Starbucks store growth, and participating in your community. You are the leader of leaders, building diverse teams with knowledge of their markets, communities, and clients.

• Manage a group of leaders: as team leaders, retail operators, and business owners, Store Managers should be coached, motivated, and strengthened.
• Provide assistance: provide knowledge of important customer issues, team management, store operations, and company policies and procedures.
• We'd love to hear from people who have experience managing two or more stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations, and customer service.
• They also have experience leading a team of six or more people, including training and coaching. They have strong leadership and communication skills.
• They have three or more years of experience in a role that focuses on customer service. They have experience working in a multi-unit environment.
• They know about the retail or restaurant industry's operations and financial reporting.
• They have strong organizational, interpersonal, Note: a college degree in business or a closely related field, or four or more years of US military service, may be used in place of some of the required experience.
