- The team that will be led by the Director, Global Partner Engagement will be in charge of boosting American Express Travel's brand in the travel industry by utilizing our key points of differentiation to create memorable industry moments,
- tell our value story, and provide unique value to our preferred suppliers. A global team of eight with three direct reports will be led by this Director.
What will be your impact in this position?
- Position TLS as an unparalleled industry leader, thought leader, and distribution channel by leading the development, strategy, and implementation of American Express Travel's B2B approach.
- Create and facilitate supplier-specific training and experiences for Travel Consultants that bring the exclusive benefits and benefits that TLS provides to Card Members to life.
- Develop a communication strategy to engage travel partners by continuously sharing AXP's efforts and value.
- Create a plan for putting on large-scale events and activations that highlight our distinctive and compelling value story and fuel our best-in-the-industry relationships with the world's most prestigious luxury suppliers.
Develop, implement, and continuously innovate American Express Travel Partner Engagement with a robust set of internal and external partners from Global Partnerships & Marketing, Global Business Travel (GBT), Corporate Affairs & Communications, Servicing, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
