Job Details:

The Shared Services Purchase To Pay stakeholders and suppliers receive excellent customer service and operational support from the Accounting Associate. Customer service, meeting specific invoice issue resolution and posting goals, processing Ariba invoices, and promptly addressing defects are all responsibilities.

Working with internal partners, stakeholders, and suppliers to identify and propose process enhancements that will reduce or eliminate defects and boost efficiency will be essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Help global suppliers and stakeholders.
• Track and cycle/resolve Clump Information Catch meetings.
• Produce a monthly report and ensure compliance with SOX.
• Utilize multiple communication channels to respond to inquiries from customers.
• Address errors on invoices to guarantee prompt and accurate payment to suppliers.
• Investigate and solve difficult issues.
• Present process enhancements for reducing or eliminating defects based on analysis of inquiry data to operational leadership.

• Knowledge of SAP and accounts payable is required, as are analytical skills. Education is required:
