  • It is the responsibility of this position to provide excellent customer service to our cherished U.S. cardholders whose accounts may be the subject of fraudulent activity.
  • You will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients as an Account Protection Specialist. In order to identify fraudulent charges, this position will require making outbound or inbound calls.
  • In addition, the job entails reviewing fraud claims made by Card members and responding to inbound calls from merchants about credit and fraud at the transaction level. It also involves making an active effort to identify fraudulent charges through inbound and outbound calls.

Review fraud claims submitted by Cardmembers and respond to inbound calls by setting up and completing fraud cases. After reviewing the information, a decision needs to be made regarding whether or not to accept the claim made by the Cardmember in exchange for payment of the outstanding balance and, ultimately, correspondence with the merchant. The account must then be maintained in order to send the appropriate correspondence, make the necessary financial adjustments to either party, and note the account.
