accountable for putting healthcare strategies into action and influencing the health outcomes of patients. manages clinical pharmacy services compliance and implements patient intervention pharmacy programs. accountable for executing pharmacy programs identified by partners. Job Responsibilities:

include implementing direct patient care programs such as Immunization Services, Payer and Pharma Adherence & Clinical Programs, and Medication Therapy Management programs. Drives the execution of different marketable strategies and undertakings to guarantee business needs are being met.

studies, evaluates, and re-designs processes to increase compliance and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services; observing and evaluating the outcomes; and making adjustments. assists in ensuring that area pharmacies adhere to FDA regulations, standard operating procedures, and regulatory compliance.

aligns business strategies with the financial objectives of the company to drive financial performance in the regional pharmacy. maximizes financial performance by implementing and executing patient intervention pharmacy programs.

focuses more on healthcare services, such as patient consultations, medication management, drug therapy reviews, and retail, clinical, or wellness services like immunizations, disease state management, and specialty programs, to support efforts to improve the patient experience.

  • Basic requirements include a BS in pharmacy or a PharmD, as well as at least one year of experience working in a retail pharmacy.
  • Current license as a pharmacist from the appropriate state licensing authority.
