Ways to Get Ready.
A rigorous EV service training program will be required of START Program Technician candidates in order to give them the skills they need for a successful career with Tesla. Students will develop technical proficiency and obtain certifications over the course of the program through a combination of in-class theory, hands-on labs, and self-paced learning. Students also receive enhanced soft skill instruction and team-based repair methods. What You Will Bring.
at least 18 years of age. Attend the 16-week training sessions and complete them all with a GPA of at least 85%. Obtain a valid driver's license and maintain a spotless driving record. Be prepared to move after finishing the program.
