Principal Obligations:

The Senior Developer is crucial in establishing and maintaining a strategic partnership between technology delivery and business requirements. It is the responsibility of the Senior Developer to lead the efforts to plan, design, create, and launch effective systems and solutions that support the core functions of the organization. This individual will help identify, communicate, and resolve issues, opportunities, or problems in order to increase the benefit of IT and business investments by applying proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The Senior Developer has authority to make decisions and has a lot of experience. The Senior Developer is self-sufficient, doesn't need to be supervised, and he or she mentors and coaches other people. The Senior Developer is well-versed in a wide range of technologies and business domains.

• Leads the design, development, and planning of technology standards and solutions for complex business problems. Hands-on development, support, and solution of software systems as needed.
• Ensures that systems are properly integrated. Works with business, support, or development teams to recommend system enhancements.
• Consults across multiple United Information Technology projects and technology areas to perform problem management, root-cause analysis, and solution implementation.
• Serves as a resource for technology/project development review and technical assessments.
• Ensures that the technical solutions meet customers' business Provides feedback to enterprise technology owners and architects regarding future solution needs in order to provide advice to others on strategic technology direction Understands and applies the enterprise vision and strategy to the project solution while balancing tactical needs to deliver Partner with various business and IT collaborators in defining domain architecture strategy
