 SECURITY:.

•  Conduct security checks of the aircraft, the passengers, and the carry-on luggage prior to boarding.

 COMMANDMENT TRAINING (FORMED BY ALLEGIANT).

 INITIAL/PRE-EMPLOYMENT.

•  Completion of a minimum new hire training course lasting 4 1/2 weeks, including at least 5 hours of initial operating experience.
•   The student must achieve a grade of 90 percent or higher on all written and oral exams, as well as on all necessary physical exercises, such as emergency/evacuation drills.

 NOTE: Trainees will receive an employment offer after completing the entire training program successfully.

 RECURRENT/ONGOING:.

•   Team Members are required to participate actively in simulated emergency scenarios and physically operate emergency equipment on aircraft during all requalification training sessions, including recurrent emergency training.
•   All extra instruction necessary for requalification, differences, or transition will be provided.
