• The Crew Technology team offers digital solutions for the web and mobile to United's largest group of frontline employees. These solutions are used by United Pilots and Flight Attendants to make our flights safer, manage their quality of life, and provide superior customer service to millions of travelers.

• Overview of duties and responsibilities The Senior Developer is crucial in establishing and maintaining a strategic partnership between technology delivery and business requirements.
• The Senior Engineer's job is to lead the endeavors to design, plan, create and send off proficient frameworks and arrangements on the side of center hierarchical capabilities.
• This individual will help identify, communicate, and resolve issues, opportunities, or problems in order to increase the benefit of IT and Business investments by utilizing proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The Senior Developer has authority to make decisions and has a lot of experience.
• The Senior Developer is independent, does not require direct supervision, and they mentor and coach others. The Senior Developer is well-versed in a wide range of technologies and business domains.

Leads the design, development, and planning of solutions and technology standards for complex business problems. Hands-on development, support, and troubleshooting of software systems as needed. Ensures that systems are properly integrated. Works with business, support, or development teams to recommend system enhancements. Consults across multiple United Information Technology projects and technology areas to perform troubleshooting, problem management, root-cause analysis, and solution implementation. Serves as a resource for technology/project development review and technical assessments. Ensures Provides feedback to enterprise technology owners and architects regarding future solution requirements in order to provide advice to others on strategic technology direction Understands and applies the enterprise vision and strategy to the project solution while balancing tactical needs to deliver Partner with various business and IT stakeholders in defining domain architecture strategy Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of application architecture and architecture constructs as it relates to enterprise architecture Mastery of the application of development domain areas and multiple technologies and tool set United values diverse experiences and perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply. What is necessary to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• Knowledge of the.NET/.Net Core Framework (v3.1+, v6.x preferred), C#, the Web API, and the development of SQL/PostgreSQL is required.
• Experience working with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, RXJS, Typescript, DOM, Angular (v12+, v15 preferred).
• Excellent at coding and on time delivery of quality components and or applications Excellent at component and unit testing of following standard practices and methodologies Outstanding utilizing the technologies and proven experience with the delivery of developed components or integrated components Outstanding at working problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires review of a variety of factors Outstanding at triage or analysis of situations for production support Excel with on time delivery with minimal direction Effective verbal and written communicator
• Experience with.Net Core, Angular, AWS, and/or certification, NoSQL, and mobile technologies. Familiarity with code repositories like TFS and GitHub. Experience working with critical systems that require high availability and reliability.
