Job Details:

• Customers can get assistance from Contact Centers with travel-related issues, refunds, flight recovery, quality assurance checks, and other tasks.
• Customers who have inquiries regarding their travel, MileagePlus accounts, and other matters should contact the Customer Contact Center. Customers can also use this department to book and manage reservations.
• Vicente Lopez is the location of this position in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
• This position covers the booking and deals work area for French, Spanish and English. Candidates who are proficient in all three languages will only be considered.

Overview of duties and responsibilities Selling consultatively and providing customers with information about fares, rates, schedules, and routes, as well as travel documents (such as Visas and Passports), Resolves customer conflicts requiring handling or service Arranges for ticketing and other special services Notifies customers of flight irregularities and schedule changes Assists company employees in arranging business and personal travel plans Uses computer terminal equipment to access, input, and retrieve information This position is offered on local terms and conditions Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded Even if a visa status is temporary, expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas will not be granted.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED (or its equivalent) is required. You must be at least 18 years old. You must be able to work any shift in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• You must be legally allowed to work in Argentina for any employer without sponsorship. You must be fluent in all three languages:
• French, English, and Spanish (both spoken and written) Successful completion of interview is required to meet job qualifications Dependable and punctual attendance is required for the position.
• A college degree is preferred. One year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
