The Executive Recruiting Manager personally coaches and assists his or her team in aligning talent and Delta's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies with hiring decisions, locating innovative and diverse sources of qualified talent, effectively filtering talent, assisting hiring managers in making trade-offs between talent quality and speed to hire, and advising executive leaders on the most important recruitment skills or characteristics.

- Include a thorough comprehension of our business and ecosystem as well as the ways in which outside talent can influence our growth, as well as strategic partnership and thought for executive leadership.
- Find engagements for a variety of senior leadership positions and develop, implement, and define leadership recruiting programs.
- Understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and benchmarking, and matching these data points to the supply of talent from the outside are all part of this.
- Direct recruitment efforts toward officer-level positions. Drive end-to-end leadership-level research engagements, from candidate outreach to pre-employment onboarding, including research, engagement strategies, candidate experience, negotiations, and status reporting to all partners along the way.
- Work with executives and talent acquisition managers to determine current and future executive talent acquisition needs, talent gaps, and identify target talent groups.
Conduct thoughtful and sophisticated interviews with candidates to demonstrate the full range of a candidate's capabilities, inquire about their goals, determine whether or not they are ready to fill the desired position, and evaluate how well they would integrate into the organization. Establish trustworthy relationships with candidates and acquire a comprehensive comprehension of their requirements and concerns. In the final negotiations, be an expert problem solver, facilitator, and coach. Accurate information about customers, candidates, and markets should be gathered and kept up to facilitate both the research process and our overall market intelligence efforts.
Delta's talent acquisition strategies will benefit from creating and maintaining competitive data and insights, such as:
- Track top talent in target organizations, challenge the status quo, and influence hiring decisions through internal mobility and a variety of best practices in hiring. Perform in-depth research, evaluate the industry, and keep this information up to date. Effectively identify and partner with external recruitment firms for targeted searches. Communicate and collaborate with business partners and stakeholders across the business.
- Utilize technologies (ATS, etc.) and established processes for talent acquisition. to guarantee the accuracy of the data. Utilize a consistent, compelling message that delivers the most meaningful motivations to potential candidates by working closely with the Talent Acquisition Development Manager to create training content and build capacity within the Executive Recruiting team. Work with the Talent Recruiting Marketing team to differentiate Delta's unique career opportunities, benefits, and rewards.
- The Talent Acquisition Assessment Program Leader should be informed of opportunities for improvement and advised on the development of assessment materials that identify relevant skills and job criteria; identifies, implements, and propagates best practices that guarantee superior hiring practices.
What You Need to:
Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications):
- A minimum of two years of professional experience in talent acquisition, ideally working with executives to recruit for leadership positions.
- Experience working with C-suite founders and executive teams; demonstrable experience in identifying, engaging, and closing high-quality passive candidates.
- Experience building relationships in a global company and using insights and data from the talent market to influence decisions within leadership groups and cross-functional teams
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving, innovative strategy-making, and making a big difference.
- a wealth of experience and expertise in executive talent acquisition or leadership recruitment.
