Costco's Enterprise Automation systems, associated services, processes, applications, and integrations are managed, designed, configured, implemented, and supported by this position. Automated strategic solutions that support these systems will need to be developed, implemented, and troubleshoot in-depth in close collaboration with IT functional areas, process owners, and vendors. As part of the job, you'll be responsible for resolving application and configuration issues and concerns, providing ongoing performance analysis, putting approved changes into action, and making sure that service keeps getting better. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about automation, innovation, and analytical evaluation.

Job :

• Plans and carries out robotization contributions as a team with draftsmen, specialists, engineers, and examiners.
• works with service providers to incorporate their technology into Azure Cloud.
• Supports and maintains automation systems of an enterprise level and is accountable for daily troubleshooting.
• Documents and diagrams automation solutions, configurations, and break/fix procedures in detail.
• designs comprehensive, cost-effective enterprise level solutions after documenting and evaluating business requirements.
• serves as a technical advisor for designs and projects involving Enterprise Automation.
• carries out the design, implementation, and integration of intricate systems.
• supports risk and event mitigation, provides specific, pertinent reporting to stakeholders, and supports root cause analysis.
• collaborates with other members of the team to move user stories from the development backlog into testing, and provides clarification whenever necessary.
• manages, estimates, and plans all implementation tasks, as well as reports on development progress.

REQUIRED More than three years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions, preferably on the Azure platform. Two years of experience with web technologies like APIs, CSS, XML, HTML, and Web Services are also required.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), which includes requirements analysis, design, installation, development, testing (user acceptance and application code), and deployment.

• Knowledge of systems for configuration management like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Knowledge of a wide range of automation tools, such as Artifactory, GitHub, Azure Devops, Azure Kubernetes Service, and UrbanCode Deploy
• Experience planning and supporting virtual arrangements with industry standard operating system - including, however not restricted to, Linux, AIX, and Windows.
• ability to assist with solution design, upkeep, and ongoing enhancements at the enterprise level.
• Ability to use programming and scripting languages like KornShell, Python, Bash, Javascript, VBScript, Powershell, and AIX shell scripting, amongst others
• proficiency in working with database platforms as demonstrated.
• Have worked in an Agile environment before.
• Capable of presenting concepts and designs to a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working as an Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist for ServiceNow Experience creating and operating automated solutions that cover the entire IT operations process (such as deployment, release management, monitoring, and so on).

Certified ServiceNow Administrator (Advanced) with ITIL V3 certification Demonstrated project work in advanced ServiceNow development using Orchestration or Discovery
