As a head of the Netflix Games SDK group, you will empower game designers to incorporate their games into the Netflix administration on Solidarity, Android, and iOS stages. In the process, you will help create an immersive environment for Netflix members to discover and play games. • We are seeking an experienced engineering manager to oversee the Mobile Games SDK team and direct the SDK product's Android and iOS strategy.
• About the job: Manage a group of Android and iOS engineers who value humility, openness, autonomy, and transparency.
• Utilizing your involvement in the portable application scene and advancement cycle, further develop execution and nature of SDK discharges.
• Collaborate, build alignment, and cultivate strong relationships with engineering partners across the client, server, and productivity teams in order to construct and implement the games product roadmap.
• Develop and expand the strategy for managing the complexities of delivering a multi-interface cross-platform mobile SDK.
• By providing them with context and continuous feedback, you can empower, challenge, and coach team members to increase their impact as individual technical leaders.
