For the purpose of advancing Delta's commercial strategy, our Enterprise Delivery and Innovation (EDI) team is looking for a Data Product Leader to oversee the creation of numerous data sources and decision support tools and their ongoing support. Delta's commercial strategy is based on our ability to maintain our industry-leading unit revenue performance while expanding the use of premium products, increasing customer trust, and becoming a world-class retailer.

The successful candidate will be crucial in providing crucial data sources that are required to support commercial and enterprise-wide decision-making. This person will be able to work with business and IT teams to create and distribute useful data, training, or tools throughout the Delta Enterprise. In order to improve the quality of the data or provide answers to a variety of business questions, this position will, as needed, carry out data analysis. It will also develop and/or enhance commercial reports. To lead the organization's data enablement and decision-making, the chosen candidate will combine strong business acumen with technical expertise.

Create and implement Tableau dashboards or analytical reports to assist various commercial teams in more quickly and efficiently identifying revenue opportunities. Effectively communicate complex technical subject matter to a non-technical audience and create/deliver training for commercial data and tools. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Knowledge of commercial tools, processes, and data is strongly preferred. Ability to lead multiple projects on one's own with support from leaders. Must be performing satisfactorily in current position. Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job.
