All you need to succeed Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED or an international equivalent. Bilingual language skills are required in some locations. A valid driver's license is required by local authorities. You must pass a criminal background check to get unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable. You must be able to get appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable. You must pass a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check,
