At Delta's brand-new LaGuardia Airport terminal, Corporate Real Estate is seeking a Security Operations Assistant Manager. The primary responsibility of the Assistant Director is to assist the Director General of Security Operations in ensuring that Delta's new LaGuardia Airport terminal adheres to all security regulations and requirements. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), Delta partners, and other lessees operating within Delta facilities at LGA, as well as the rest of Delta's airport customer service and New York terminal operations teams, will all require close collaboration and coordination for this position. The associate chief will be liable for managing a group of workers for hire and providers and will give everyday heading, oversight and backing of Delta's tasks. The position, which will be based in Georgia and report directly to the Director General of Security Operations at LaGuardia Airport Terminal C, will have the following primary responsibilities.

Ensures compliance with all Delta, Port Authority, TSA, and FAA policies and procedures by employing best practices in obtaining, executing, and administering security contracts in support of Delta's New York facilities. Is up to date on the most recent security initiatives and requirements to guarantee Delta's operations' stability and security.

• cultivates strong relationships with internal customers in order to comprehend operational requirements, problems with customer service, and financial data in order to guide the most effective business decisions and establish a strong negotiating position with airports.
• manages and coordinates suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure a stable and dependable operation 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• serves as the primary contact for security response and management. assists in supervising the operation of security badges.
• budgets, business cases, schedules, reports, and briefings, as well as financial support for Delta operations, are created and evaluated.
• limited travel when necessary to finish projects and oversee external relations in New York City.
