 Your Action Plan.

•  Respond to all incoming calls, emails, and drive-ins with promptness and care.
•  At the latest, five minutes after receiving an email or missed call, reply to it.
•  Determine whether the technical issue can be resolved over the phone before immediately escalating it to the shop foreman or service manager in order to receive prompt assistance.
•  Accurately enter data and issues into the dealer management system. Be very mindful of the particulars.
•  Use the system to conduct transactions, assist the client with correction, and provide a summary.
•  Give each customer vehicle an estimated completion date and share regular updates and follow-up.
•  Organize the specifics of each vehicle prior to delivery.
•  Together with each client, decide on a time for delivery or pickup.
•  Ensure the client is satisfied with the results by following up with them after the service is provided.
