  •  To address any customer concern, respond to phone calls, emails, and drive-throughs with the utmost responsiveness and attention.
  •  Respond to missed calls and emails within five minutes, at the latest.
  •  Check to see if the technical problem can be resolved over the phone, and if it can't, take immediate action to escalate the situation to the shop foreman or service manager for prompt attention.
  •  Enter information and problems into the dealer management system accurately. It's important to pay attention to the details.
  •  Transact using the system, assist the customer with the correction, and provide a summary.
  •  Share the estimated completion date, regular updates, and follow-up information regarding each vehicle a customer owns.
  •  Coordination of all vehicle details is required before delivery.
  •  Work together to schedule a delivery or pickup time with each customer.
  •  To ensure that the client is satisfied with the work completed, follow up with them regarding the services provided.
