- Responds to routine, general questions and issues that are submitted by clients, medical practices, patients, and third parties via a limited variety of sources by adhering to established guidelines, standard SOPs, and procedures. utilizes all available data to reach the best decision and take care of client needs. sends complicated questions and problems to higher-level staff members.
- uses a computer program to track inquiries, record information, and check the status of issues that require additional research or outside assistance. All contact-related interactions, details, complaints, remarks, and actions are recorded.

- Makes contact with clients, the patient's physician, outside suppliers, or other clients to respond to inquiries or to inform them of findings from investigations and upcoming changes.

Fundamental prerequisites.
- GED or high school diploma required.
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, touch typing, document formatting).
- Basic computer skills like turning on and off a computer, using a mouse to open and close programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and/or accessing online information.
- Basic search engine skills include opening a browser, typing URLs in the correct place, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, using the back, forward, and stop buttons to navigate, and filling out online forms.

Preferred qualifications.
- working in a call center or other environment that offers centralized services for at least a year.
- experience in the retail or medical industries.
- experience offering customer service to internal and external clients, including gauging their satisfaction and adhering to service quality standards.
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, touch typing, document formatting).
- Spanish and English language ability.
