 Responsible for a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls with clients, medical practices, patients, or other providers about the business's goods or services while working under direct supervision. Ensures that all contacts receive prompt and courteous service. The assigned department may be responsible for different tasks.

 Duties associated with the position.

•  Responds to routine, general questions and issues that are submitted by clients, medical practices, patients, and third parties via a variety of sources while adhering to established guidelines, standard SOPs, and procedures. uses all available data to address client issues and reach the best decision. sends difficult questions and problems to staff members with higher positions.
•  utilizes a computer program to keep track of requests, record them, and check the status of tasks that require follow-up or involve other people. Contact details, complaints, comments, and actions are all recorded.
•  co-ordinates with other operational areas as required. sends escalated problems that can't be fixed on your own to the departments for additional investigation.
•  Answers questions or informs clients, the patient's doctor, third-party suppliers, or customers of an investigation's findings and upcoming changes.
•  answers inquiries for several different business lines.

 An employee in this position can anticipate earning an hourly rate of $15.00 plus bonuses, subject to experience, seniority, location, and other factors that are allowed by law.  Requirements that are fundamental.

•  GED or high school diploma.
•  Intermediate keyboarding skills (touch typing, at least 25 WPM, document formatting).
•  basic computer skills, such as how to turn on and off a computer, point and click a mouse to open and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, and/or access online information.
•  Basic search engine abilities include using a search engine, opening a browser, entering URLs correctly, bookmarking a website, navigating using the back, forward, and stop buttons, and completing online forms.

 Suitable qualifications.

•  working in a call center or other environment that offers centralized services for at least a year.
•  experience in retail or healthcare.
•  experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including assessing customer satisfaction and meeting service quality standards.
•  Intermediate level keyboarding proficiency (at least 35 WPM, touch typing, document formatting).
•  Language skills in both English and Spanish.
