The use of the Delta AWS ecosystem and other cutting-edge technology will help shape the strategy and delivery of IT, and IT is looking for a leader to contribute to, drive, and do so. It is in the Reservation Operations - Customer Enablement department. The Reservation business division, which employs +8000 frontline employees and directly serves millions of Delta customers, will receive the top-notch technical solutions that this leader will be responsible for delivering. These technical solutions are an essential part of Delta's strategy to meet its financial, customer service, and long-term growth goals. The timely delivery of the appropriate technical solutions to address business needs within the allocated budget will fall under the purview of this leader, who will also be responsible for ensuring that the solutions adhere to the operational and technical standards set by Delta Information Technology. This leader will be in charge of creating brand-new technical solutions for large-scale business initiatives, enhancing already-existing ones, and supporting and maintaining the technical operation.
