 If you were a customer service representative, how would you spend your days?

•  As you take incoming calls, engage in conversation and consultation with decision-makers and small business owners to determine their needs and recommend the best American Express SBS products.
•  Deliver superior product and service knowledge to clearly communicate pertinent product features, benefits, and other American Express Small Business Services components.
•  Over time, hone your essential selling skills, particularly the capacity to build relationships, comprehend client needs, handle objections, and close deals.
•  To deliver outstanding customer service, respond to questions about accounts in a hurried, well-organized environment.
•  The necessary account information must be recorded in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
•  Integrity: Comply with all laws and compliance guidelines relating to servicing and sales procedures.

 Minimal requirements.

•  More than two years of customer service experience with a dedication to building client loyalty through excellent listening, the creation of consultative relationships, resourcefulness, and efficient written and verbal communication.
•  Successful track record in customer service and sales for at least two years.
•  working in a quick-paced, metrics-driven environment; ability to multitask effectively; ability to navigate in a web-based environment.
•  It is advantageous to own or work for a small business.
•  A high school diploma or its equivalent is required. benefits that come with education.
•  The working hours for this position are 7:00 am to 1:00 am EST, Monday through Sunday.

 At our Phoenix Desert Ridge Service Center, this position will be responsible for operating the hybrid vehicle. Depending on the needs of the company, training can be done entirely on-site or virtually. After the initial 90 days, candidates will be employed in the hybrid model.

 In addition to benefits and bonuses, the hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $21.65.
