• Wells Fargo has a vacancy for an Escalations Associate in Customer Care.

 In this role, you'll:

•  Investigate and resolve complaints that have been escalated, including reviews of individual loan or credit exceptions that are still being processed, closed, or canceled, as well as applications, claims, files, or online transactions.
•  Determine the issues, investigate the products, and carry out challenging or corrective transactions online to decide the best course of action.
•  Review escalated inquiries and complaints that require special handling, resolve or negotiate delicate and time-sensitive issues, and process online complex or corrective transactions.
•  Receive direction from supervisors, exercise discretion within predetermined limits, and gain knowledge of the steps involved in an investigation to identify and address issues, terms, conditions, and contracts to ensure the procedure and supporting documentation adhere to internal company requirements, insurer guidelines, investor requirements, or governmental regulations.
•  Provide details about the growing inquiries and grievances to the management committee members, organizations, or company executives.

 Required US qualifications are:

•  6+ months of customer contact experience in a financial services environment, financial services operations, underwriting, and quality assurance experience, or equivalent as demonstrated by any one or a combination of the following: education, training, work experience, or military service.

•  advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access in Microsoft Office.

 Expectations for the position:

•  Escalations Associate - Registered employment is contingent upon obtaining and/or maintaining the necessary FINRA license(s). After starting a job, you have 90 days to pass the FINRA Series 7 exam. At the time the offer is accepted, this will be disclosed. Registration and licensing requirements must be met by state law. Additional to state-mandated registration and licensing requirements, particular product licenses or SAFE licensing may be necessary. Complying with stricter standards for criminal history and financial fitness are additional requirements. At the time the offer is accepted, Wells Fargo will start the FINRA licensing review procedure. The Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite is necessary for certain FINRA qualification exams taken after 9/30/2018.
