Because this position necessitates high-level interactions between customers and employees, the ideal candidate will need to have strong customer service skills and experience. By responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, this position's primary responsibility is to ensure that Tesla fulfills its obligations and commitments. To thoughtfully and successfully address customer concerns, the customer support team builds and maintains excellent working relationships with Tesla Owners and various internal departments. Qualified people may have had prior experience working in administrative or customer service roles. Both a solitary and a group setting will work well for the candidates.

•  For clients in need of vehicle support, accept incoming calls, chat requests, or both, and deliver first-rate client service.
•  Review and assess customer issues to identify potential remote diagnostic and troubleshooting opportunities.
•  Links to websites that provide self-help and details on how to make appointments with the neighborhood service team can be provided to customers as self-service instructions.
•  Give our customers an outstanding experience every day.
•  Accurately enter information and problems into the CRM or vehicle support system.

 What You'll Bring.

•  a minimum of two years in a relevant field.
•  either a high school diploma or a GED.
