  •  Contributes to the membership process by answering associates' questions, assisting associates with membership applications, entering membership information into the fitness center maintenance computer program, processing key fobs, and other activities.
  •  By ensuring the security of the members and the building, monitoring sign-in, following up with the customer service supervisor on suspicious sign-ins, and keeping an eye on the front desk cameras all help to contribute to the facility's security.
  •  Utilizes policies, data, and resources to complete work assignments and priorities. This is done in collaboration with managers, coworkers, clients, and other business partners.
