What you'll do.

  •  Working sporadically.
  •  Work is performed in Bentonville, Arkansas.
  •  From noon to six on Sunday and Saturday, from four to nine on Monday, and from four to nine on Tuesday.
  •  This person greets members as they enter the WLFC, confirms their sign-in, verifies their membership status, accepts guest payments, takes phone calls, schedules racquetball and tennis courts, distributes equipment (such as basketballs and towels), answers basic questions from members, refers them to management as necessary, assists them in registering for classes, and collects class and retail payments while they are there.
  •  Answers associates' inquiries, assists them in completing membership applications, inputs membership data into the computer program that runs the Fitness Center maintenance, and processes key fobs to support the membership process.
  •  Monitors sign-in to make sure that Members and the Facility are safe. They also keep an eye on the front desk cameras and follow up with the customer service supervisor on any suspicious sign-ins.
  •  Working with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners, completing work assignments and priorities by establishing priorities, deadlines, and expectations; completing tasks; communicating progress and information; identifying and suggesting ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, challenges, and feedback.
