 A Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist is needed by the Tesla Body Repair Program to work on one of the most cutting-edge automakers in the world. This position's duties will include supporting the Internal Body Shop in all facets of its Authorized Collision Program.

 What You'll Do.

•  a schedule for maintenance.
•  interaction between customer claim specialists and the Body Shop.
•  Get the car ready for the arrival.
•  WARP and CCC management arrive.
•  the communication with the customer and expectations.
•  coordination and delivery of the rental.
•  Revisions to the vehicle's status.
•  ordering new supplies and materials.
•  the repair's delivery and evaluation.
•  As necessary, complete any additional pertinent tasks.

 Exactly what you'll be bringing.

•  work experience in the collision industry ranging from three to five years.
•  A vocational school certificate in collision repair is preferred.
•  exemplary written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to follow directions.
•  the ability to establish and maintain cordial working relationships with those one comes into contact with while at work, including the general public.
•  Microsoft Office expertise is preferred.
•  One needs to be willing to train others.
•  The ability to work comfortably in a setting similar to a collision center is required.
•  the ability to work unsupervised and independently in various situations.
•  a minimum age of 18 is required.
