 In this capacity, you will.

•  Answer inquiries and grievances about financial products and services from internal and external clients.
•  Investigate potential courses of action, take steps to identify the issues, and carry out complex online transactions.
•  Perform moderately complex client issue resolution initiatives, review complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags, and classify risks appropriately in the case management system to ensure that customer issues are handled while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards.
•  Observe your superiors' instructions and assign more qualified individuals to handle unusual client concerns.
•  Interact with internal and external clients to address issues raised and determine the best course of action.
•  Assist in negotiations, serve as a mediator between the parties, and carry out agreements as needed.

 Required qualifications are:

•  2+ years of experience, or equivalent, in a financial services environment, as demonstrated by any one or a combination of the following: education, training, work experience, and/or military service.
