Among the duties of the job are.

•  Respond to maintenance requests for buildings in retail establishments to provide customer service.
•  Find, dispatch, and supervise contractors for building maintenance.
•  To discuss deadlines, quality, and the services they offer, stay in touch with the contractors.
•  In a timely and accurate manner, complete work orders.
