Job Responsibilities: Call Center Representative

Activity responsibilities:

• Offer customer service to retail stores by using responding to constructing preservation requests.
• Locate, dispatch, and provide directions to contractors associated with building upkeep.
• Comply with contractors concerning schedules and conditions of labor/services finished.
• Whole painting is orders appropriately and in a well-timed way.
• Extra duties as assigned by the manager

Activity Description - Requirements

• High school diploma
• Tremendous experience with Microsoft Workplace (word, Excel, and Outlook) version 2007 or later.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communique capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in fast-paced surroundings.
• Robust organizational abilties
• Creation/renovation or equivalent enjoy required.
• Capacity to engage successfully with group contributors at diverse tiers of control.
