Job Responsibilities: Call Center Representative

Duties:

• Cope with the excessive extent of smartphone calls, which can be called for exclusive functions, from our visitor
• Provide one-prevent high-quality visitor offerings directly
• Operate call center systems and packages in a correct and efficient way

Fundamental qualifications:

• Potential to talk fluent Cantonese, English, and Putonghua (Nonchinese language-speaking candidates are welcome!)
• Capacity to reflect a professional image even as retaining visitor privateness
• Potential to perform in a quick-paced and sometimes stressful working environment
• Properly group player, self-initiative and strong feeling of responsibility
• Complete-Time availability is required. This position is full-Time and calls for complete availability for any shift, such as overnight shifts

Favored qualifications:

• Preferably with previous work experience in a motel, purchaser services, or tourism enterprise
• Preferably with tertiary training qualification from lodge, Hospitality, or Tourism management publications
• Ideally with computer abilties and know-how in Microsoft workplace packages (word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
